MEET RACHEL LYNN FOX,
Author, Women’s Health Advocate, RTT Therapist & Spiritual Guide
There’s one day in my PMDD journey I will never forget. After enduring 20 long years of undiagnosed suffering, I hit rock bottom. Desperate for answers, I found myself typing “rage before period” into Google. That was the moment everything changed. For the first time, I saw the words Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)—and with them, the staggering realization that 1 in 20 menstruating individuals struggle with this, and 5% experience suicidal thoughts.
For a brief moment, I felt validated. But soon after, I felt lost all over again.
I had already tried everything—SSRIs, antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, ketamine therapy, supplements, dietary changes, and exercise. I sought help from therapists, psychiatrists, endocrinologists, OB/GYNs, and general practitioners. No one had the answers. No one could truly see what I was going through.
And then, through what I can only describe as divine grace, I discovered a therapy that addressed the root cause of PMDD. It was the breakthrough I had been searching for. My first session brought an emotional release like never before, offering clarity, healing, and a deep understanding of my triggers and pain.
Then came the true test: my next luteal phase. But this time, something was different—my symptoms weren’t there. Month after month, I continued healing, and I can now say with certainty: I no longer have PMDD.
That realization changed everything. I knew I had to become certified in the very therapy that saved my life. Today, my mission is not only to help others break free from PMDD, but also to raise awareness, inspire hope, and lead a movement toward healing.
This is for you. For me. For all of us.

TESTIMONIAL
Â
I had never done hypnotherapy or RTT before reaching out to Rachel. It's hard to consolidate what a transformative time the last four months has been in a short blurb but Rachel is a wonderful person, hypnotherapist and coach.
Despite my hesitancy to try a new framework of healing, I knew I couldn't continue to live in the type of cyclical pain I was suffering from with PMDD. I've had different points of time where PMDD was more manageable on SSRIs but I had a recent health flare up that made me have to take a break from all medication. My PMDD was the worst it had ever been for the months leading up to finding Rachel.
I wanted to experience life to the fullest that my body could off of medicine and something in the cosmos allowed me to find Rachel!
I noticed a huge shift after the first RTT session, these sessions allowed me to unpack decades of trauma that honestly I just couldn't get at in traditional talk therapy. The only sad thing about this whole process was that I didn't find it sooner, but I'm so grateful for the healing work Rachel facilitated. PMDD is a hard hard thing to live with, and if you've tried everything else and nothing has worked, try working with Rachel!
What I told myself going in was at the very least, I'll have four months of working on myself, dedicating time to heal and hopefully move through some trauma.
What I got was a total absence of PMDD and even a healthier more joyous mindset in the weeks outside of PMDD, as it really effects the whole month in terms of stress and cyclical repeating trauma for the body and mind.
Rachel made me feel super comfortable and held, and has a clear calling to this, frankly life-saving, work. My PMDD is just no longer there, it has just literally gone away. I'll be forever grateful. If you're not sure whether or not to try this and you have PMDD, just do it.
